A Happy New Millennium
(January 1, 2001)


In August 2000, I visited East Timor.
This boy lives in Oecussi, an enclave surrounded by
Indonesian territory, West Timor.

We took a helicopter ride for about 1 hour to reach Oecussi from Dili, the capital city of East Timor.

How can we help him grow into the 21st century?
